    Daily Routine Empty Daily Routine

    So doing our regular martial arts training is great, but we should also supplement our training with basic, ideally daily routines. This can help our body's general mobility and help your body deal with our main training, and improve recovery.

    The issue is, the nature of modern life likes to make us feel like we don't have time to do this. Along with life stresses it can be hard to find the motivation for this. All I suggest is start off small, the idea is to try and establish a routine, once you have done that it should feel easier to get up and run through you daily routine.

    So starting off small can be as simple as just doing 10 press ups in the morning, this may seem simple and a little pointless but if you get in the routine of doing those 10 press ups every morning you can start to add to your routine, add little bits at a time and you will soon have a decent daily routine that can really help you improve your body's fitness and health.
